Holiday home Close to a golf course in Saint-Laurent

Prachtige locatie met zwembad en strand voor de deur en vele leuke plaatsen op goede afstand evenals super U en Le Clerc. Echter let op de afmetingen van de bedmaten en de kosten voor eindschoonmaak en verplicht beddengoed achteraf.

Upon arrival we were very kindly received by the owner. We have a full tour of the house with the necessary explanation there everything looked at first sight neat and clean. Everything you need is available in the house. In this warm weather air conditioning was not an unnecessary luxury it was really hot in the rooms to sleep certainly on the top floor! Insectspray should certainly not be forgotten !!! The deck chairs are not really pleasant for a longer period. Because of the height intervals on the terrace (also towards the pool) is a fence advisable especially with toddlers who are still exploring. From the terrace you can go to the swimming pool via 4 steps, so that small children can quickly go to the pool there is an alarm on the pool. A fence from the terrace (and certainly to the pool) would give an extra safe feeling. The pool was wonderfully relaxing. The water had a pleasant temperature of 28 ° C. By 4.30 pm, however, there was no sun left by the trees, so it felt fresher, especially when there was some wind. The pool is not heated so that an evening dive is a bit less. We did not find the light switch for the swimming pool which could provide extra atmosphere. In order to do small shopping, there is a Carrefour close by. For large purchases you had to drive a 10km. Bakker (only baguette and bread do not know exactly), pharmacy, cafes, ... are in the small cozy village a few minutes drive. If you want to go somewhere, the car is essential! With 2 families we had a wonderful and relaxing holiday week in this house! Highly recommended!

Everything was perfectly fine! House was on top and top. Great sympathetic homeowner. Carrefour is 400 meters, by car but that is normal in southern France. Here was also everything to find, fresh produce and a pleasant shop. Surrounding area was very beautiful, view can not be bought. Nice long driveway. Spacious parking. Very nice swimming pool, not very big but good big for a refreshment. Sufficient and good sun loungers. Chairs at the table outside are not very pleasant for a longer period of time. There are several companions games and the pool table is a nice addition. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Windows and shutters are easy to use. Large wardrobe with plenty of hanging and play possibilities. There are no less than 3 bathrooms. Upstairs there is 1 bathroom for two bedrooms with a separate toilet. Downstairs there is a bedroom with ensuite, a bedroom along a large bathroom with two doors. One from the room and one from the hallway. Also here is a separate toilet. A great deal for anyone who wants to discover the south of France. Several small and beautiful villages in the area as well as the port city with Fréjus beach. Top vacation in a great house!
