The house is located in a very beautiful area, full of forest and mountains. It is a beautiful chalet with basic facilities which are okay. We were sorry that there were few extra things available upon arrival. Items such as salt, pepper, dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid, toilet paper, hand and tea towels, garbage bags were not present on arrival, so we had to quickly visit the supermarket again. Other than that we are very satisfied with our stay.

Very nice wooden house that has a cozy interior and a decent size pool. Everything you will need for your stay is available, except for towels and bedding. The neighbors are close so you will hear them but the property is sheltered by trees and bushes which give it a private feel. The views over the lake are superb.

Before our vacation started, Topic Travel had already received a great service when answering our questions. For example, we were given a free road map of the area to our surprise at the information package. Great service. The reception on site was excellent and very friendly. Everything was explained and designated. Also the closing at the end of the holiday was fine we received our deposit a day earlier because we wanted to leave early. The information and pictures on the website about the house were exactly the way it was. Sénezergues is a small and very quiet place in a beautiful green landscape. We have walked a lot, with sometimes steep forest paths and often beautiful views. Enjoyed the large garden with views over the hills.The grass was mowed and the garden and terrace was neatly taken care of, there was plenty of sunshine and a lot of shade that made it possible for you to sit everywhere We used the sun loungers a lot! Right next to the house and the garden, but spread throughout the day there are no more than four cars and sometimes a hiker. Rest and lots of privacy! Good to know that the church bells were early in the morning (7 o'clock), but we did not mind that much. Hearing it all.When we wanted to go some more or go to some bigger places for the supermarket, that would be A short drive (half an hour) by car. There is a bakery and mini supermarket in the area, both in Cassaniouze and Calvinet, about 5km away. The house was clean and tidy, spacious and fine kitchen and equipment. Bedrooms were spacious and the beds had good mattresses. In short, we had a great week in a very beautiful holiday home. We highly recommend that you enjoy peace and privacy in a beautiful green and hilly area! What little minus points? The kitchenware, pans and crockery Was something strange and sometimes did not work. It was not really calculated for six people for which the house would be suitable, and
