Wij verbleven hier in september 2023. Warm onthaal door de vriendelijke eigenares Viviane. We mochten van haar kruiden uit de moestuin gebruiken en verse vijgen plukken. Viviane is geboren in de streek en is een fantastische bron van informatie voor uitstapjes en restaurantbezoek. Op een dag verraste zij ons met een zelfgebakken vijgentaart. Heel de streek ademt geschiedenis. De omgeving is prachtig. Heel dunbevolkt. In september hebben we nauwelijks andere toeristen gezien. Hier kom je echt tot rust. In het huis is alle comfort aanwezig. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Aangenaam terras achter het huis met uitzicht op de boomgaard en de paardenwei. Comfortabele ligstoelen en een gezellige loungeset. Wij komen hier graag weer terug.

We had a wonderful vacation in Crux la Ville. The house was very neat and clean. So many birds, beautiful flowers & butterflies, and large trees to sit under and relax while reading a book or drinking a glass of wine. Our host was very friendly and answered questions quite promptly.

It's a good stay, but you shouldn't have any physical problems. Very steep, narrow stairs to the top. And what I think is a shame is that there is plenty of everything but not one good place to sit when you are in the house. Owners are great, sweet old people.
