Holiday home with Garden in Salavas

Warm welcome by host. Committed and gives tips, but is not pushy. House has bicycles to borrow to get to the nearby supermarkets (if you would like). There is a private playing field for badminton, volleyball and football. There is also a jeu de boules court. Due to the high temperatures during our stay, we did not get any further than the swimming pool. It is well maintained and provides enough cooling. The residence is surrounded by a spacious garden, so you can stay separated from the other guests. Parking facilities are sufficient. The house has a space that is rented out. The other room is located above this accommodation. If those tenants are a bit noisy, you will hear them in this residence. In this case, this was eventually taken into account by the other guests, who may not even have been aware of this at first. In short: a good stay in an area that has a lot to offer!

Fantastic holiday home. Upon arrival we received a warm welcome from the landlady, who gave us a tour of the house. House is spacious, on one level and fully equipped. A very extensive kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. Beds are of excellent quality. There is ample cupboard space in the bedrooms. Both bedrooms are adjacent to the terrace and swimming pool, so getting up in the morning with a dip in the pool is possible. We had a week with very nice weather, so the swimming pool was a wonderful addition. There are a few houses in the vicinity, otherwise you walk straight into nature. A compact but very complete supermarket can be found 1.7 km away, so fresh baguette and croissants every morning. All in all, a wonderfully complete, spacious holiday home, fully equipped with a very attentive and friendly landlady.
