We loved the location. The building has lots of stairs. The shower could use a upgrade. It was very hot during, so the pool was very welcome and delicieux. The building is situated in a good location, close to supermarkets, gas station and vineyards.

We have been received very friendly. We immediately felt very welcome. The cottage was beautiful. It had just been completely renovated and it was done very tastefully. Furthermore, lots of privacy and space around the house at your disposal. The children (7 and 5) enjoyed it. They have explored the entire domain and have been outside almost the entire holiday. Both owners are very friendly and attentive and always helpful. Various nice towns and beautiful chateaux viewed.

After 2 years we have returned and we have again spent 2 wonderful weeks in the gite of this quiet holiday resort. We were welcomed as if we were family and spoiled with a bottle of delicious rosé, home-made quiches and fresh fragrant brioche. During the past 2 years, many new cycle routes through the beautiful nature have been added that have been rolled out: the 'Voies Vertes' great for us! Again a must for cyclists, hikers, peace seekers, swimmers and sunbathers !!!

Stay in a quiet location in the middle of the fields. If you like crowds and going out then you are not in the right place here. Really a place to relax and a suitable starting point for visits to Angers, Saumur and many castles on the Loire. Fantastic hostess. Antique furniture needs replacing - many are broken and unusable. The mattresses of the beds are top. Swimming pool well maintained. The bathroom, on the other hand, had a mold problem.
