Lovely villa with private swimming pool on enclosed grounds. Kitchen is spacious, equipped with enough stuff, the electric hob does not work well, but this is probably because the pans are not suitable for the hob. There are two bathrooms, 1 small one downstairs and a nice spacious bathroom on the top floor. The furniture in the house is a bit disappointing, but because you will mainly be sitting outside by the pool or under the patio, this is not a problem. The beds are fine (we were two and only used the rear bedroom). The garden is huge. About 1 third of this is maintained and mowed and two thirds are high grass and not really accessible. There are a lot of insects, it is advisable to let the house air well in the morning and to keep everything closed for the rest of the day. There is 1 air conditioner both downstairs and upstairs. We have not worn this. you can enjoy the peace and sound of the many (song) birds. Rakovci is a small hamlet with about 30 houses, most of which are huge holiday villas.
