Excellent base for walks in the Ötztal. Huben is small and quiet, with a mini M-Preis diagonally opposite the apartment. Larger supermarkets can be reached within 5-10 minutes by car. There are plenty of walks from the apartment, for example to Längenfeld via the 'Hängebrücke' or via the 'Teufelskanzel'. Or straight up to the Feuersteinhütte. A walking map of the area is available from the Tourist Information in Längenfeld. Apartment itself is fine. We stayed downstairs (apartment 'Edelweiss'), with a nice spacious terrace (with a kind of courtyard garden feeling, a bit wedged between other houses), where you can sit in the sun in September between 10:30 and 15:00. Or nice and sheltered from rain, under the balcony and the canopy above you. Apartment is spacious enough for 2 people, bathroom is fine, kitchen too, although the work space is limited.

The apartment is very good for six people - (three bedrooms with double beds, in one bedroom there is an extra couch for 2 more people). You can also fit with 8 but the couch is a little bit narrow. Sauna was very good, but basement has a certain smell. Hosts are very friendly

A great stay with little luxury. But great for the price we paid for it. You can make fantastic walks in the area.

Lovely spacious house! We were here with 3 families (6 adults, 7 children). Fine parlor with everyone for a corner, separate games room, large kitchen. Friendly owner! Couple dingetjes- It is said that there are three showers are unfortunately one does not shower. 2 showers for 13 people on a tight kant.- There is one room with bunk beds. That bed was very wobbly and how far we are concerned for replacement. Moreover, there are half loose on the stairs hangs. Anyways, the wobbly, not suitable for an adult boven.- Indeed, there are few sharp knives .... The house is a short 20 minute drive to the Hochzeiger ski area. A nice area with plenty of free parking. The road to it is almost entirely uphill with hairpin bends. If you do not mind, the distance is fine to doen.Wij have had a good week at Haus Alpenblick.
