The cottage was really equipped with all the comforts. A lovely big double bed, but also perfect beds for our children. Towels, bed linen etc. were all arranged. Kitchen accessories were present. Felt very complete. Beautiful quiet location. No neighbours, no noises and fantastic location. Private stream behind the house made it complete. Only downside was the lack of curtains in the bedrooms. Provisionally solved this myself. Too bad that the ski lifts are closed in the summer season. The cottage is in a perfect location for long walks to, among other things, the three-country point. The local swimming pool was very nice and neat. However, this village is not suitable for much entertainment in the summer. We found the cottage really suitable for a maximum of 4 people. Great that our dog was also allowed to come along. He had plenty of space in and around the cottage. The cottage looked very neat on the inside. Lovely shower, very spacious bathroom. Warm carpeting in the bedrooms. Very nice.

The cottage was very comfortable. The rooms are big enough and we didn't miss anything. We felt very comfortable. Our 5 year old grandson had plenty of space to play, the garden is large with an adjoining forest. With the very good weather, we sat and grilled a lot on the terrace. Our landlords always had an open ear for us and a little chat was always possible. All in all, we would like to thank you again for the pleasant stay and wish the Schramm family all the best for the future, maybe we'll see each other again.Fam. Thaler, family Wolff and William

Terrible by mrs. Grübl who gave us a tour of the facilities. including the pool, the playground and wellness. Then we arrived in our spacious apartment which we are very liked. With stunning views of the area. Unfortunately no wifi since the receipt of the mobile network on the phone does not work very fast. A great base to explore the beautiful surroundings. Waldkirchen is a few kilometers away with good facilities with a nice pool and on weekends a train to Passau on the Danube.
