Holiday home by the sea in Zettersfeld

Mooi en ruim huis op een prima locatie nabij verschillende pistes. Super vriendelijke eigenaar.

Great stay. We really enjoyed the view from the Chalet (Salzach) Yet the critical eye fell on a number of points: - In the house there is 1 bedroom for 2 people, which you can only reach by going through another bedroom. - The layout of the house is also not optimal as it used to be 2 apartments that have now been joined together and have become 1 large house. This is beautiful again on the mountain (with SUPER view!) - The path to the top is really VERY narrow. Here our car only just fit up and once at the top you can NOT get the turn to the real (steep) path to the house. That means in reverse up and if there is snow here you don't stand a chance. So you only do this once and never again. My advice is to arrange a parking space downstairs (hotel Lukashansl or Lukasmayr) and then just walk back and forth. - You only get 1 set of towels per person PER WEEK (We have therefore asked for more via our contact person and that was fine and was in a place where we could reach ourselves) - There is a washer / dryer combination available where you can wash. This works really well but unfortunately it is in the kitchen. This could have been done in the loft where you put the skis (this is heated because) Then some tips / info: - Excellent ski / shoes / helmet rental is at the foot of the path to the chalet. This gentleman has Helped us excellently.Valt not to be missed if you pass by.-There is Netflix on the TV in the living room.(Bring your own login codes of course)-Bring your own kitchen linen because it was not much, unfortunately.-YES there is a coffee machine available for nespresso cups and filter coffee.Although these could be renewed in my opinion.- The Billa (supermarket) in Bruck is considerably quieter than the one towards Zell am See (Sud)- Do you want to ski on the glacier / Kitzsteinhorn? the beautifully situated road along the Castle Kaprun --> through Kaprun and ri

We were the very first guests of this luxury holiday complex. We had rented it via Belvilla as a 4-bedroom apartment, unfortunately we were told a few weeks before the departure date that the whole has only 3 bedrooms. If you then with a travel party of 12 people of which 5 couples to divide the bedrooms is not really nice) There is a sleeping opportunity for 3 people in the living room but then the bank is immediately out of use. So every night bed build up and break off in the evening, not really relaxed. Sleeping in the living room for sound, heat and cooking odors is also not very nice. The complex and apartment is of a high level finish, tastefully decorated and with super extensive kitchens (with 12 people you have access to two full kitchen which is very enjoyable) The owner couple is very friendly and attentive.The village St. Georgen is a very small village without real shops etc. but within a 10 minute drive are a lot of different supermarkets and other stores.The ski areas Zell am See and Kaprun are very nice and offer something for everyone. Also for the non skier / snowboarder it is certainly worthwhile at Kaprun once with the lifts all the way up to the viewpoint at 3029 mt to enjoy the uitzicht.Kortom A beautiful apartment but not really suitable for 12 people certainly not when the group postpones)
