Fantastisch appartement in een prachtige omgeving! Wij hebben hier 10 dagen met onze drie (kleine) kinderen doorgebracht. Frau Baier is een hartelijke gastvrouw die alles tot in de puntjes verzorgde voor ons: ledikantjes en kinderstoelen, een aankleedkussen, een opblaasbadje in de tuin en veel speelgoed. Het huis is zeer schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een heerlijke tuin met zon en schaduw en een fijn zwembad maken het compleet.

On arrival at 3pm we could not get into the house because at that moment the ladies of the cleaning had to start. But of these very friendly ladies we were allowed to stall our luggage in the garage and go shopping. At 17:00 we could go to the super clean house. It is a beautiful house and fully equipped. Also use the laundry room with a Miele washing machine and Miele dryer. Nice and beautiful wellness area with sauna. The location is fantastic overlooking a gliding area where regular gliding and sports planes rise. A day of rafting with the water sports school next to the glider was fantastic. You can enjoy a nice walk, spot deer, walk a nice center with great restaurants and shopping. We had a fantastic week with two families!

The house in Mauterndorf is ideal for large families or groups of up to 10 people. There are 5 spacious bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The common areas are also very spacious and very well equipped, especially the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The house is modern and comfortably furnished, in impeccable condition and everything is very clean. Wood is the predominant material and fits very well with the style of the area. The house is ideally suited for summer and winter holidays. Very large terraces and a large garden by the mountain stream complete the picture. The location is very good and you can start beautiful hikes directly from the house. The landlord is easy to reach and very helpful, and the key handover went smoothly. We felt very comfortable.

Key pickup at the front door in a keybox. Have not met a single person during our stay, but that was fine. The house is cozy and designed in a very practical manner. Sauna and relax area is pretty good, you do not feel cramped into the garage. Garage space for two cars, ski and boot drier with heating. Wood for the fireplace is complimentary. Only downside of the house is the extremely low water pressure which makes showering impossible if more then two taps are open which often happens with the total of four bathrooms and an extra shower in the sauna. This is a problem that needs to be solved. Would return next year if the water pressure problem was resolved.
