We spent two weeks with our family in this apartment. The apartment was equipped with every luxury. Different types of kitchen appliances so that, for example, bread could also be toasted. It is a compact and complete apartment. Nicely decorated. The only point of attention is the sofa. This is made for people with very long legs, so you literally have to lie on it. It is good to know that Belvilla does not provide clean bed linen after one week of a two-week stay. You pay more than € 80 for bed linen when booking, but that is only for once. If you want clean bed linen halfway through your holiday (which is not a bad idea after one week) then you have to pay € 15 per person. We found that very strange since we had already paid for bed linen and this was certainly not described when booking.

We were a little early, but we called the owner (Ulrike Juri) and she was on the spot fairly quickly. Friendly welcome, checked in and she showed us our apartment. Clean, fresh and surprisingly spacious. We had an apartment on the ground floor (wheelchair friendly) and therefore had a garden, but also some connection with others (the dining room was next to us and also had an outside door towards our terrace, which gave us a little less privacy). Furthermore, had a great time to us, our own food (breakfast and a few dinners) self-arranged / cooked. The village was great, very quiet (more focused on winter sports) and we got a feeling "just completely gone". We have used the two mountain railways in the area (free with Carinthia pass) and have explored the area (lakes, towns) by car and made some hikes in the mountains. A wonderful stay of approx. 10 days; afterwards we did a city trip Vienna to sniff a lot of culture in addition to nature.

Good reception and good contact with questions. Private parking space (no. 14) at the apartment. Apartment is homely, spacious and fully equipped. During our stay we did not miss anything in the apartment except the laundry rack. We indicated this and within a few days a laundry rack was issued. The area is wonderfully quiet. The apartment is a very good base for outdoor activities (cycling, walking, golf etc.). Golf course is 500 meters from the apartment. Tip: buy a Kärnten card on arrival, this allows you to use various facilities (gondola, pass driving, wellness, zoo, etc.) for a nice amount for a week.

A nice spacious and clean house, sauna is very nice and the 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms make it ideal for a larger group. 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with 3 beds. 1 even with a 4th cot. There is 1 tea towel for the week and no hand towel. But because of the washing machine and dryer, this does not have to be a problem. Close to the slopes and the lift. Direction st oswald very good slopes for advanced skiers. For beginners there is very little and the transition from the blue run to the next is very big.
