We had a wonderful two week stay at the property. The place is located in a well taken care of gated community (El Guijo) with three pools,, two restaurants, and tennis courts about 30 minutes away from Madrid. The townhome is well taken care of and well equipped. It has amazing views of the Madrid mountains from the living room and outdoor terrace. The unit has no AC but opening the windows at night helped to keep the place cool. There’s no assigned parking space to the unit but we had no problems finding parking nearby on the street. The owner Pilar was really kind and easy to deal with. We would love to stay here again.

The accommodation was very nice. The terrace was lovely with views of the mountains and small villages in the distance. Everything was in bed available. There was a bus that drove very frequently a separate bus lane to Madrid. In three minutes you were in the center. El escorial was reached by car in fifteen minutes. Also well located for trips to Toledo and Avila.

The house was fine, it is spacious and warm. There are three floors but only two are available to guests. Therefore, some of the photos that appear are not part of the available space. For example the covered porch. In addition, the main room did not have blinds and the blinds were not opaque enough to block the light. Otherwise everything was perfect.
