Ruhige Lage innerhalb der Anlage, Terrasse von den Nachbargrundstücken kaum einsehbar, / Großer Kühlschrank mit separatem Gefrierfach, Küche vollständig ausgestattet, Geschirr und Gläser / ausreichend vorhanden, / / Nicht gefallen hat und die Tatsache, das dass Haus bei unserer Ankunft ausgekühlt war ( alle Heizkörperthermostate standen auf der Position " 0 ", des Weiteren war es für uns als absolute Nichtraucher sehr ärgerlich, das dass Haus komplett nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch gerochen hat, was sich erst nach 3 Tagen durch ständiges Lüften, den dauernden Einsatz von Raumspray und Duftkerzen abstellen ließ (Nichtraucherhaus ) / Betrachtet man das Preis / Leistungsverhältnis, so wäre es sicherlich angebracht die " uralte " völlig durchgesessene Couch einmal zu erneuern, / Der alte Duschvorhang im Bad ist aus hygienischen Gründen zumindest äußerst fragwürdig, entspricht / aber sicherlich nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard eines solchen Ferienhauses, / Hier würden sich sicherlich alle Gäste des Hauses über eine Glas - Duschabtrennung sehr freuen, / Der volle Aschenbecher stand noch auf dem Terrassentisch ( haben wir entsorgt ) / Nicht im Einfussbereich des Eigentümers bzw, des Dan Center liegt wahrscheinlich die Tatsache, dass sich / direkt an den Garten angrenzend ( auf dem Nachbargrundstück ) 2 ausrangierte Ãberseecontainer ( grün und blau ) befinden, / Für uns als naturliebende Gäste, die ganz bewusst ein Haus mit Garten buchen stellt der Blick aus dem Haus / von der Terrasse auf diese beiden " Eisenkästen " eine absolute Zumutung da, / Ãberall die pure Natur, und dann so ein Anblick, wundert mich, dass der Nachbareigentümer hierfür überhaupt eine Genehmigung ( mitten im Naturschutzgebiet ) bekommen hat, / Sehr schade und auch im Sommer nur sicherlich nur geringfügig schöner,

Wir haben noch nie ein Ferienhaus mit soviel Geschirr gehabt, Es war alles da, was man braucht, einschließlich Auflaufform und Sauciere, Wir hätten locker mit 10 Personen essen können, / Das Haus war sehr sauber und das Badezimmer groß, Der Weg zum Strand war sehr kurz, aber das wussten wir schon, da wir das 5, Mal im Strandpark waren, / Leider waren die Laternen im Strandpark aus und dadurch war es am Abend sehr dunkel, wenn wir von einem Restaurantbesuch nach Hause kamen,

Das Haus ist schön gelegen und hat die Terrasse nicht Richtung Straße, sondern zum Garten, Die Größe des Hauses ist optimal für eine Familie und auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man sich gut aufhalten, Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt,
