Holiday Homes in Saint-Omer

Een zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door mw. Soubry met daarna een rondgang door het huisje en uitleg over de gang van zaken. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, behalve de badhanddoeken. Die heeft Belvilla wel vermeld, terwijl mevrouw al lang heeft aangegeven bij Belvilla dat die er niet meer bij horen. Je kunt in de omgeving prachtig fietsen en dan nog heel veel over de 1e wereldoorlog ontdekken en zien. Ieper en Duinkerken zijn ook de moeite waard om te bezoeken. daar zijn musea's, stadswandelingen en winkels. Op de heen en terug reis is het leuk om Gent en Brugge te bezoeken. Beide zijn oude stadjes met mooie gevels en grachten.

We were kindly welcomed by the replacement hostess who gave us a short tour and a word of explanation about the accommodation. The actual hostess visited us briefly in the second week to inform if everything was to be desired.The accomodation was good, all the comfort provided. Fantastic, large garden for our children of 10, 9, 5 and 3.In the village itself is not much to see next to the baker and leg holder. Centrally located for excursions, we visited Lille, De Panne, Dunkirk and Ypres.

It was a fantastic holiday. We were also very well received. The kids loved the farm. They were allowed on the tractor. Vincent Joey also ensured that the children could "ride" on a horse somewhere further away for a price. The environment is also beautiful and quiet. The house is also fine with a spacious kitchen where we as adults sat all the time and two living rooms where the children could play. Thanks for everything :-)
