Nestled on the road to the highest point of the Monts d'Ambazac, the gîte offers a serene getaway in the picturesque hamlet of Noueix. This spacious property features a cozy living room with a lounge area, a fireplace, and a TV, alongside a small kitchen, scullery, and a laundry room. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with both a shower and bathtub, as well as a separate toilet. Upstairs, three bedrooms are available, including a single bed, a room with two single beds that can be converted into a double, and a room with a double bed. All rooms come with their own TVs for added comfort. The gîte enjoys a large, enclosed plot of land with private parking and a pétanque court (15x4), perfect for outdoor fun. A covered terrace and a grassy area at the back offer excellent spaces to relax. The surrounding area provides plenty of outdoor activities, with a hiking trail leading to scenic spots like La Jonchère, Roche Branlante, or Notre Dame de Sauvagnac.
