This 36m² holiday home, in a secure hamlet of 16 gîtes, is ideal for families or friends. It sleeps six with three bedrooms (one double, four singles). Located in Porte Océane du Limousin, it offers outdoor activities like hiking, biking, and horseback riding near a lake. A pool (open seasonally), volleyball, children's games, and a restaurant are nearby. The gîte has a living room with kitchenette, two bathrooms, and electric heating. Fitted sheets and pillowcases are included. Other linens and cleaning are optional (extra fee). A shared common room offers internet, a freezer, oven, laundry, and tourist info.
