This beautiful and detached villa for 8 persons is located in the heart of the Aquitaine coast in the residence Eden Parc Golf. It is only 3,5 km from the sand beach Lacanau-Océan and 12 km. from the city centre of Lacanau. The ground floor villa is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. You will find a a decorative fireplace and TV in the living room, a luxury kitchen with dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. It also disposes of four bedrooms on the ground floor or three bedrooms on the ground floor and the fourth bedroom on the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed and the remaining bedrooms each have two single beds. You will also find a bathroom and a shower room or two bathrooms and a shower room and two or three separate toilets.

The villa has a covered patio and a very large garden with a large private pool (not heated and open from early April to early November). The size of the garden ranges from 1200 to 2600 m². You can also enjoy a lovely barbecue here. There is also a parking spot next to the villa. In Eden Parc Golf, you can book various villas for four to eight people. *It is obligatory to pay for electricity when staying outside of March 26 and November 5: €70 per week.

Erg leuke locatie. Veel leuke dorpjes in de buurt. Vakantiewoning was erg goed ingericht en schoon.

Bij aankomst was ons niet meteen duidelijk waar we de sleutel van ons huisje konden oppikken. Op de mail van belvilla stond dat er een conciërge klaar zou staan aan het huisje om de sleutel te overhandigen. Dat verbaasde ons al enigszins aangezien we geen aankomstuur moesten doorgeven. We wisten ook niet welk huisje het onze was want het exacte huisnummer werd niet vermeld op de boekingsdocumenten. In de boekingsdocumenten stond dan weer dat we ons tot de receptie moesten wenden maar waar die was werd niet uitgelegd en was niet makkelijk te vinden. Los van de moeilijke aankomst hebben we een heerlijke vakantie gehad.

accommodatie ver beneden peil, gedateerd en slecht onderhouden. Keuken aan vervanging toe. Ikea bedden incl. matrassen versleten. Smerige douche en doorlopend toilet. Voor een 8 (ja zelfs 10) persoons accommodatie is de inrichting onvoldoende met een oude slaapbank als enige zitplaats in het woon gedeelte.
