This is a charming 3-bedroom stone cottage in Roussines. It has a tranquil location and is ideal for families or friends. There are several hiking, cycling and mountain-biking trails nearby. Visit the large, regional market with local produce and livestock in Piegut Pluviers on Wednesday mornings. Other activities include fishing in the nearby lakes, horse riding, mountaineering, canoeing and kayaking at Gorges Du Chambon. The magnificent La Preze golf course is only 3 km away. There are various swimming and water sports activities at Lac de Lavaud or Saint Estephe. There's a restaurant and tennis court 5km away and a supermarket 6km from here.

The home has a lovely barbecue on the private terrace where you can gaze at the magnificent starry skies. It also has a swimming pool and garden. It is child-friendly and has a children’s bed and high chair. La Rochefaucould train station is 15 km away and Bordeaux airport is 120km from here.

Wat was het weer heerlijk! Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien en altijd lekker koel. Het ligt in een prachtige tuin die zeer goed onderhouden wordt. Veel genoten van het zwembad, is schoon en heel gezellig met het barretje. De eigenaren zijn fantastisch lieve mensen die altijd voor je klaar staan! Kortom, je hebt echt vakantie! Super genieten in een prachtige omgeving, ontzettend lieve en gastvrije eigenaren! Je voelt je meteen thuis. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Gelegen in een prachtige tuin met prive zwembad! Echt een aanrader!
