The complex, consisting of terraced houses and multi-storey building complexes with apartments, is located outside the town center on a 10,000 sqm park area. The apartments are on the ground floor or on the upper floor (mostly over 2 levels) and each have a balcony or garden area.

In addition to reception, laundry and parking facilities, the complex also offers a small snack bar. The beach can be reached quickly via a small bridge. The town of Ghisonaccia on the Costa Serena is known for its long, fine sandy beaches. Activities nearby : The area surrounding the residence is ideal for hiking.
