Description

The luxurious villa is on the outskirts of the village Oupia with a magnificent view over the vineyards of the Minervois and is perfect for friends and families. The property has a private swimming pool, a landscaped garden, and a roofed terrace for you to relax and bask in the sun. The house is equipped with a Sonos sound system that can be operated via the Sonos app found on playstore. Shop for groceries from the supermarkets, 2 km away, where you can also dine-out at the restaurants and enjoy a drink at the bar. It is also the spot for the fun farmers' weekly market. The famous Canal du Midi and the Lac de Jouares are located at 3 km from the villa. The house has a Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine and Senseo. There is also a bread maker, kettle and mixer available You can even enjoy a game in the boules court and extend conversations over a barbecue on the terrace.

Parties and/or loud music outside are not allowed. Carcassonne Airport is only 24.3 km away.

Zeer mooie en ruime villa. De hooggespannen verwachtingen werden volledig bevestigd. Locatie met af en toe een blatende ezel op de achtergrond is geweldig.

Een geweldig huis op een heerlijke plek! Zeer compleet en netjes ingericht. Om het huis heen zijn allerlei plekjes om van de zon te genieten. Onze favoriet was de plek voor het huis, waar we een prachtig wijds uitzicht hadden op alle mooie herfstkleuren. Door het verwarmde zwembad kon er zelfs in de herfstvakantie nog gezwommen worden. Op loopafstand van het kleine dorpje Oupia waar 's morgens vers brood gehaald kan worden, supermarkt is op 5 minuten rij afstand. In het restaurant L'Asphodele kun je terecht voor heerlijk eten, met erg vriendelijke bediening. In de omgeving zijn Carcassonne, Minerve, Gruissan en Narbonne zeer de moeite waard. Een auto is wel noodzakelijk.

De aankomst was precies zoals wij ons dat hadden voorgesteld. De accommodatie was zeer naar ons zin. De omgeving was ons bekent, komen hier al 17 jaar.
