It is comfortably furnished and situated in a quiet, rural location in a vast, wooded park. Ideal for holidays with family or friends. The property is located near Alixan, 13 km from Valence and near the Vercors mountains. The area is full of attractions. Discover the Upie park with more than 200 species of birds, Lake Champos (25 km), local products of the Côtes-du-Rhône, canyoning in the Vercors, the highest tower in France in Crest (27 km) and the palace in Hauterives. The Drôme des Collines runs all the way from the Vercors to the Rhône Valley and offers plenty of beautiful walking routes. The picturesque Alixan and the largest Christmas market in the Drôme is also well worth a visit.
