Description

This beautifully furnished villa is located on a large private estate of 8800 m², protected from the mistral wind. The villa is very suitable for an unforgettable holiday with friends or family. The attractive accommodation is located in a beautiful region, between the attractive Provencal village of Apt and Lourmarin. You can go for lovely walks here. In the attractive garden with its beautiful rose bush, speakers are available so that you can enjoy your own music by the large infinity pool. You can relax with a drink of your choice, or have a game of pétanque. In the evening, the saltwater swimming pool (open from March to October) is beautifully illuminated thanks to the built-in LED lighting. For an additional fee, the pool is heated from June to September.

While the children are still playing, you can prepare your favourite dishes in the fully equipped outdoor kitchen and enjoy them together on the covered terrace. The bedrooms all have a private bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and the temperature is regulated throughout the house by means of air conditioning. In the garage there is room for 1 car and around the house you can park up to 8 cars. There is ample space for bicycles.

Positief: de ligging, het uitzicht, de woning op zich, ontvangst, verwarmd zwembad, ruime kamers en badkamers, rustige omgeving Negatief: niet echt proper, voor deze prijs verwacht je dat het perfect is. Je betaald tenslotte 360€ voor het kuisen. Aandachtspunt: kosten voor elektriciteit niet te onderschatten!! We verbleven in deze villa met onze familie (7volw + 5kindjes). De aparte bijgebouwen zijn echt ideaal. We hadden een superfijne vakantie, echt top!
