The apartments are on the first floor and have their own roof terrace with garden furniture. Both types are fully furnished and have a well-equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker and kettle. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet. The beds (except for the bunk beds) are single box-spring beds setup for two people. You can park at the central parking lot. There is space for one car per apartment.
