Very quiet location, ideal for children with a playground 50m away: tennis, mini golf, boule court. Horse riding possible, fishing on foot, water sports, sailing, hiking... Small cafe and a grocery store selling local products 50m away. Touristic sites: sea at 3 km, Saint Vast la Hougue at 15 mins, Barfleur at 20 mins, Mont Saint Michel, and the nose of Jobourg at 1 hour by car.
