Situated in Epiniac, this is a 2-bedroom holiday home that makes an awesome stay for a small family or group of 5 members. You have a furnished roofed terrace to enjoy barbecue evenings and linger. In the living room, you can watch movies before going to bed. The lovely garden with a pond invites you to enjoy the hours of sunshine. You can relax with a cool drink or read a book in silence. Children can romp and play to their heart's content. This is a fantastic region for cyclists and hikers. Mont-St-Michel, Saint-Malo, and Dol de Bretagne are definitely worth a visit.

Supermarkets and restaurants are at 2 km. The lively town center is 5 km if you wish to enjoy the streetscape and go shopping. There is a lake at 5 km for a pleasant day out. A cot and a high chair are made available on request. You can also bring a pet here. There is a washing machine available next to the holiday house to wash-off your laundry. You may park your vehicles on the lawn next to the patio with the two sides open. The friendly owner lives on the right-hand side of the house, which faces the back of the house, so there is no overlooking.

Het was een zalig verblijf, alles was tip top in orde. Wel telkens de auto nodig om boodschappen te doen. Hele mooie omgeving voor uitstappen naar Saint-Malo Cancale Dinard. Toppie, hele vriendelijke eigenaars.

Wij werden vriendelijk onthaald door de huiseigenaars. Dit vakantiehuis is ideaal gelegen om de Côte d'Emeraude te ontdekken : Mont St Michel, St Malo, Dinard, Dinan. Wij hebben hier een zeer fijne vakantie gehad, Dit vakantiehuis is zeker een goede referentie !
