This beautiful and detached villa for 4 persons is located in the heart of the Aquitaine coast in the residence Eden Parc Golf. It is only 3,5 km from the sand beach Lacanau-Océan and 12 km. from the city centre of Lacanau. The ground floor villa is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. You will find a a decorative fireplace and TV in the living room, a luxury kitchen with dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. It also disposes of two bedrooms, of which one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a bathroom or shower room and a separate toilet. The villa has a covered patio and a very large garden with a large private pool (not heated and open from early April to early November). The size of the garden ranges from 1200 to 2600 m².

You can also enjoy a lovely barbecue here. There is also a parking spot next to the villa. In Eden Parc Golf, you can book various villas for four to eight people. *It is obligatory to pay for electricity when staying outside of March 26 and November 5: €50 per week.

goede ontvangst, snel de sleutel van het huis gekregen. Mooie ligging van de villa met veel zon. Omgeving met bos en zee is precies wat wij fijn vinden... -)

Voor ons een bekende omgeving, we zijn er vaker geweest. Het vakantiehuis was zoals we verwachtten en al van eerdere vakanties kenden. Volgens ons was het zelfs exact dezelfde woning (Eden park telt een behoorlijk aantal min-of-meer dezelfde woningen) als waar we 10 jaar geleden een week in verbleven. Het viel ons (doordat we hier al eerder waren) wel op dat dit huis niet meer nieuw is en goed gebruikt wordt/is geweest. Verwacht geen superdeluxe interieur/exterieur. Alles wat wij nodig hadden was wel aanwezig, heel (lees in redelijke staat) en werkte prima. Buiten het seizoen is wat ons betreft de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding prima. Het is echt wel een mooi complete accommodatie (o.a. privé-zwembad/tuin, was- droogmachines, vaatwasser, garage).
