The living/dining room is tastefully furnished and has stereo set with CD player, TV, high chair, sofa area and a wood-burning stove. The well-assorted kitchen has i.a. 2 large fridges, freezer as well as 2 dish washers and 2 cookers making cooking for the large family easy. The house is very spacious and built around 3 separate sleeping sections. Each section has its own bathroom and there is an extra bathroom near the pool area. There are furthermore 2 mezzanines of which one is perfect for the children to enjoy. On the plot you will find swing, sandpit and trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). On the west-faced terrace you can enjoy the sun all day. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed prices. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house. No letting to youth groups.
