Das Haus hatte eine hervorragende Lage, mit viel Grün drumherum, Man konnte innerhalb des Wohngebietes angenehme Spaziergänge in Ruhe genießen, Totale Entspannung boten der Hot Tub und die Sauna, / Hier verbringt man gerne seine Zeit,
