Description

Partially renovated holiday home in scenic surroundings at Tranum beach. The area offers peace and quiet, a lovely beach and lots of nature experiences with, among other things. direct access to Langdal Plantation. There are a myriad of wonderful walks and hikes. One bedroom of the holiday home has installed a SolarVenti solar air collector, which provides warm, dry air in the holiday home all year round. The house is furnished with a new beautiful bathroom with underfloor heating. Newly renovated kitchen in open connection with living room. New modern furniture.

Air-air heat pump is installed for cheap heating. There is an 8 m² covered terrace with patio heater and a large, new south-facing terrace of 40 m². There is also underfloor heating in the annex The house has satellite dish and DR channels available as well as highspeed internet. The large enclosed natural plot is 1300 m² and with open play areas and trees and bushes as well as swings and robust pole tennis. In the common area, there is a football field and a fire pit, for free use. Pets are not allowed.
