Description
Holiday home located on a 2,500 m² plot with a lawn. The house includes a hot tub and sauna as well as fast fiber broadband. The house has a living room with a dining area and wood-burning stove and 3 bedrooms. The house has a 120 m² terrace that wraps around the house, as well as garden furniture and a garden barbecue. For children there is a swing, sandpit and trampoline (use at your own risk/insurance), as well as a cot and high chair. Rowing boat available (use at the tenant's own risk/insurance). The rowing boat is on a trailer that can be towed to the beach with the house garden tractor. If you do not wish to row, you can rent a 6 HP boat motor for DKK 1,000.
00 per week and DKK 1,500.00 for 2 weeks. The motor is ordered upon arrival at the house. The entire coastline of the Limfjord has good beaches and there are many good places for windsurfing. At Ejsingholm you will find one of the best surfing spots on the Limfjord. Here you will find a surf school and surf equipment rental.

Außenanlage mega mit der Aussicht, Äusserst gepflegt, Super netter Besitzer, der Anfragen und wünsche sofort erfüllt, Der Kamin sorgt auch in kalter Jahreszeit im ganzen Haus je nach Bediener zu einer Saunaatmosphäre ( Hammer ), Küchengeräte top , auch wenn ich erstmal alle Messer nachgeschliffen hab,,( liegt wohl eher an den Schulmaschinentätern hahahaha) betten vlt, Für den einen oder anderen ein bisschen zu weich( wiege aber allerdings auch 125 kg) , Vlt bringt ihr euch einfach einen eigenen Toper mit, Ansonsten bis auf Silikonfugen die am Whirlpool erneuert werden müssten, keine Beanstandungen,

Sehr schön fanden wir, dass es so viele Fenster und somit viel Licht im Haus gab, Leider waren einige Fenster defekt und es hätte uns sehr geholfen, wenn wir dies gewusst hätten, Die Ausstattung, Möblierung, der Kamin, wir fanden es sehr schön, Auch dass es beim Whirlpool so ein großes Bad gab war prima, Leider heizte der Whirlpool nicht, wie es in der Bedienungsanleitung ausgewiesen war, Dass war sehr Schade und hat uns schon auch gefehlt, Nach dem ersten Misserfolg wollten wir kein zweites mal so viel Wasser und Strom verwenden, wenn es doch nicht heizt, Auf jeden Fall können wir das Haus empfehlen, alleine schon wegen der tollen Lage,
