Description

Spacious, modern and energy-friendly cottage with swimming pool and whirlpool and various activities located in Bratten Strand. This cottage from 2020 is built in high quality with stylish decor and everything in modern equipment. There is a large, open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and living area & # 8211; a lovely room with high ceilings and windows, where the North Jutland light provides a good amount of light. In the pool, the children can splash and the adults relax in the whirlpool or sauna or you meet for a game of table football. There are three bedrooms and a spacious loft. The cottage is super energy optimized with i.a. air / water heat pump that makes it cheap in consumption.

The cottage is located on a secluded natural plot with shelter from the large trees, where there is a multi-lane. On the terrace you can enjoy all the summer sun hours with relaxation, sunbathing, barbecue meals and a glass of cool wine from the wine cabinet in the kitchen on the warm evenings. There is a play tower with swings + slide for the kids. The cottage is located in some of North Jutland's most beautiful nature in the very popular Bratten. Here there is plenty of space between the cottages, and the wildlife can be experienced up close. Not for rent to youth groups.

Rundherum alles bestens, für uns als Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern zwischen 4 und 13 ideal - Pool, Außengelände, Innenwhirlpool, Sauna, Ausstattung, in der Küche alles ausreichend vorhanden, Zuschnitt Zimmer, zwei Bäder, Smart TV, Internet reibungslos, Vor allem aber: Das Meer und schöne Wege direkt vor der Haustür, Bratten Strand sehr nett, mit schönem Spielplatz, Toiletten, kleinem Laden und Restauration, Schöne Ausflugsziele in der Nähe, Passt!
