Description
Well-appointed cottage in Nr. Lyngby with swimming pool and activity room that contains everything the heart can desire of activity and development opportunities. The house's impressive pool section contains a large swimming pool, water slide, large, built-in whirlpool and sauna with room for 4-6 people. In the activity room you can play a game of darts, billiards or pool at the beautiful pool table, play table tennis or table football. The house is extremely spacious and well-dimensioned and built around 3 separate sleeping areas. Each section has 1 bathroom plus an additional bathroom in connection with the pool section. A total of 4 bathrooms, all of which of course have underfloor heating. All 8 bedrooms and the two lofts have box beds.
The living room is tastefully decorated with modern furniture and wood burning stove, TV and PlayStation. The centrally located dining / living room has i.a. 2 dishwashers and 2 stoves with ceramic hobs, so cooking and tidying up is a breeze. On the large plot that surrounds the house, there are swings and sandbox. Large, open sun terrace and a covered. Due to the size of the house, the price of cleaning at this Skanlux cottage differs from the normal list price. Settlement of consumption, cleaning and deposit is paid in cash on site to the caretaker. Not for rent to youth groups.
