This luxurious 6-bedroom villa rests in Stavelot, amid the Belgian Ardennes in the High Fens region. It has a private swimming pool, an outdoor bubble bath and an infrared sauna for the most relaxing and refreshing holiday ever. The villa is ideal for a large family of 13 members or 2 smaller families traveling together. Stavelot is a perfect starting point to discover the Ardennes. The area is great for long walks, mountain biking tours and ski afternoons. Restaurants serving local dishes are at 8 km. Supermarkets are 10 km away. You can visit the famous circuit of Spa-Francorchamps, Robertville Lake and the beautiful towns of Spa and Malmedy easily.
The villa has central heating and offers panoramic views of the region from the pool. A private partially fenced garden surrounds the house and invites you to enjoy the hours of sunshine. There are children's bed and high chair for the little guests. You can enjoy barbecuing in the evenings. Parking is available for 6 cars and you will find charging station for electric cars here.

Supermooi huis met een enorm huiselijk gevoel en complete inboedel. Bedden waren opgemaakt en lagen heerlijk. Aardige gastvrouw. Wij hebben heerlijke dagen gehad en onze kinderen hebben genoten van het zwembad en de jacuzzi!
