Located in Hamoir Filot in enchanting settings, this villa with 4 bedrooms can host a large family or a group of 8 guests. The home offers a private swimming pool as well as 2 terraces with a barbecue available. Children can play in the garden or with the trampoline as the adults relax under the pergola on the terrace. Private parking available. This property is close to the town centre and Hamoir in itself is a very beautiful and picturesque village with a fascinating historical heritage. Nearby lies the Kayak Les Remous for water sports lovers while the Palogne area is perfect for mountain bike enthusiasts. The Bat Center nearby will make for a nice family outing. Supermarkets and restaurants are at a 3-4 km radius.
The Tv, fireplace and a dining table in the living room ensure you can catch up on your favorite daily soaps over a nice meal. Liège Airport is 41 km away. The pool is open from 13th of june to 30th of September each year.

Really clean house, lots of space. All the equipment that we think we might need is present. The heated swimming pool was a really good experience even in less optimal weather. The owner/representative was really nice and helpful. Highly recommended for a stay.

prima vakantiehuis met veel privacy. Er staat een uitstekende BBQ met al het nodige gereedschap. Onder de BBQ zelfs een asemmer. Het verwarmde zwembad is heerlijk. De ernaast gelegen kapsalon is ook van de eigenaresse. Zij spreekt uitsluitend Frans maar gelukkig sprak een klant Nederlands. De eigenaresse gaf wel meteen een telefoonnummer van een Nederlands sprekende vrouw, mocht je tijdens de vakantie vragen hebben.
