A pretty abode which makes for the perfect base to explore Malmedy in the Liège region and welcomes a large family or a group of friends to enjoy a gala time here. You have a large fenced garden at your disposal where you can watch your kids play with their furry friends as you savour a good read and a terrace where you can relish your morning coffee with your significant others. There is a barbecue for fancy nights and parking is provided to keep your cars safe. A half an hour drive away lies the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium where you can watch racing cars. Hiking area is nearby and so is the football club, so get ready for a good game of football. Nearly 30 km away lie 3 nature preserves, including the Kuchbachtal, and a bit farther from there lies the Eifel National Park in Germany. There is a recreation room on the property for watching TV or DVDs and playing party games and table tennis. Liège Airport is 64 km away.

Heel goede ligging! Prachtige omgeving. Goede ontvangst door lieve dame (ook bereikbaar) en bij vertrek door de toffe poetsvrouw. Rustige buren (vaste bewoners). Met de hond mag je niet op de knuppelpaden! Ga eerst eens naar 'la maison du parc Botrange,voor kaart met knuppelpaden. Bakker in Xhoffraix (best bestellen). Ook gezellig cafee/eethuisje. Veel horeca en winkels in de geburen. Wij gingen meestal naar Jalhay inkopen (super traiteur naast de kerk). Grote omheinde tuin (wel is de poort nogal zozo...) opletten toch met hond. Van het betegeld terras is het nogal steil naar de tuin, maar je kan rondom. Ruime garage. Ruim, groot huis, nieuwe langwerpige mooie houten eettafel voor 12. Het lederen salon is aan vervanging toe (zakt erg door) . Douchekamers ( 1 met extra bad, 1 met was en droger), totaal 3 wc's. Matrassen zijn redelijk. Het beddegoed ruikte fris. Erg proper huis! Tip: neem extra badmatten mee en voetmatten voor aan de deuren. Heel toffe rustige vakantie gehad in oktober 2023 samen met onze hond. We komen zeker nog eens terug. (je kan het boeken met prijsverschil : 12pers of 8pers kijk goed op Belvilla...)
