This holiday home is located in the Montleban region in the Ardennes part of Belgium. It is great for a group of families, accommodating 18 in 5 spacious rooms. There is a great valley atmosphere of the Ourthe River. The forest is only 100 m away, where you can go for walks and it has 3 mountain bike tracks. The town of Houffalize is 10 km away, it has a small amusement park called Houtopia, Gouvy Houffalize natural park and mountain bike hire. The backyard of the house has a garden where you can feed the deers. The place has a sauna, solarium, boules court, sandpit, playpen, terrace, garden with furniture and a barbecue area. Good restaurants and general supplies are 2 km away, Public transport is 6 km away, with the lake and town centre at 10 km distance.
