Het huis en zwembad zijn toe aan stevige onderhoudsbeurt. Wel zijn slaapkamers, toiletten etc. zeer schoon. Alle bedden kraken luidruchtig. De keuken is goed voorzien van gerei. Jong en oud kunnen zich goed vermaken in de kelder. Een vriendelijke man die zwembad, gras enz. bijhoudt. Spreekt alleen Portugees. De plaats is wat afgelegen. Dus weinig restaurants in de buurt. Lissabon en strand zijn binnen een uur met de auto bereikbaar. Een plek waar je in alle rust kunt relaxen.
